I began private practice more than 30 years ago, providing therapy for those suffering with anxiety, depression, and/or relationship difficulties. I also have extensive training and experience working with individuals experiencing PTSD. I began my career working in community mental health and continue my commitment to providing affordable services, which allows for individuals to receive quality services provided by an experienced psychologist. My goal for each of my clients is for us to grow together and learn from one another so that each individual client may achieve their personal goals through this process.
For many years, I have specialized in separation/divorce related services, with a commitment to working with individuals and families to improve the quality of life for partners, parents and children during difficult times. My specialized training includes Parent Coaching, Reunification, Co-Parenting, Mediation, Alienation, and Individual Therapy.
People go through difficult times and should not have to do so alone. I have learned that therapy is a joint venture to develop trust and confidence in one another. I provide a safe, comfortable space in which to learn and grow.
