I love working as a counselor/psychotherapist with clients - from little children to older adults - as individuals, couples and families. I am dedicated to helping others attain the highest level of joy and fulfillment in life by healing what makes them suffer and nurturing what helps them thrive.

My specialties in counseling are: neuro-psychology, trauma, attachment, somatic psychotherapy and mindfulness-based psychotherapy. As a psychotherapist, I have worked in outpatient clinics, therapeutic boarding schools, residential recovery centers, school districts, wilderness settings and private practice with individuals, couples and families.

My first degree is in Nursing (BSN), with a focus on psychiatric nursing. I also hold Masters' degrees in Counseling Psychology and School Counseling, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I hold post-graduate certificates in Children's Mental Health, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - a trauma resolution therapy.
