Living in today's world is big and scary and beautiful at once. Sometimes it can seem too much to bear, but you don't have to go through it alone. I'm here to guide you and support you as you work through past traumas, life stressors, family dynamics, relationship issues, mental health complications, or you simply need a safe space to vent and process whatever is going on. We are all the main characters in our own stories, and taking control of that story can be an incredibly empowering and life-changing thing. I am here to be a base of support, to help you shine as you move through your ever-changing story.
We will work together to find what works best for you. As a marriage and family therapist, I tend to think structurally, systematically; how do these structures and systems inform your relationships? I have specific training as a marriage and family therapist, as well as extensive experience with individuals.
I work in a multitude of modalities: psychodynamic, narrative, systemic, existential, and can employ feminist theory. Understanding hidden drives and personal stories, relational mechanics, and societal factors are all ways to tackle what is holding you back. We will explore what works best for you, and help you to live the life you want to live.
