I use mindfulness practice to help you become more aware and tolerant of emotional discomfort. With IFS, you'll explore why change is difficult and find a way to move toward action.

We all need to feel heard and understood and to find a place where we can share our fears, hopes and dreams in a supportive and non judgmental environment, where our strengths are recognized and our needs validated.
