My commitment to clients is to provide high quality therapeutic services in a caring and culturally aware and humble way. I strongly believe that as a therapist, I have a duty to affirm the racial, social, sexual, and spiritual identity of all people I serve. I’m experienced in processing grief and trauma, coping with anxiety and depression, developing healthy relationships with self and others, and increasing self-esteem. I am an EMDR trained clinician. I specialize in treating the whole person and in addition to trauma training, I take pride in being able to dive deep into client wounds that they may need to work through as well as more practical concerns that cause stress, anxiety and depression.
