I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are self-motivated and looking to rediscover themselves. As someone who has had to balance multiple cultures, I know what it can feel like to straddle more than one. I want to help you find your balance between the "two worlds" of what is important to you and your family without taking away from who you are. I will work with you to tap into your inner voice, channel your strengths and become the most fulfilling version of yourself. I also provide Immigration evaluations for VAWA, Extreme Hardship, Asylum and U Visa.
I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) along with elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my work with clients. That said, I also choose my mode of treatment after identifying my client's strengths and take a collaborative approach to therapy.

Infertility: A Support Group for Women
[ON HIATUS RESUMING Fall 2023] We meet online via video. Cost $30/session. Purpose of this group is to create a supportive, non-judgmental and safe environment for women diagnosed with infertility.
