About
It may be overwhelming trying to choose the right counselor as you scroll through all of the options. While it’s important to select someone who has the right academic background, credentials, and experience, the relationship and connection that you have with the person that you are trusting to help you in your quest as you search for answers about yourself is paramount.
At various times in our lives, we all need to have someone to talk with, to really hear us when we share our pain, fears, and hopes, and to provide us with some guidance along the way. The primary focus of my practice is to work with adults who have experienced trauma, which is affecting their lives today by creating anxiety/stress/symptoms of PTSD..
Past trauma can manifest itself in a variety of ways. I provide a safe place to talk about what is going on in your life and the changes you seek, an opportunity to learn tools to help you manage your anxiety, and the chance to process your trauma utilizing EMDR. If you are ready to move forward and find joy in your life, I would like to help you.
