I specialize in holistic, mindfulness-focused psychotherapy. With a background in psychodynamic therapy and Eastern spirituality, I will meet you with a compassionate presence to explore what is important to you. Sessions can include energy work (Reiki), somatic awareness and spiritual practices, based on your interest!
I offer a number of options for therapy, including brief focused therapy, intensive therapy (2-3x weekly), or longer term work. Prospective clients can schedule free 20 minute introductory meetings through my website.
