I've been in the field for 10 years and have a passion for helping people find lasting emotional healing and hope. I am a faith-based therapist, but I have worked with people of all faiths and no faith; I will meet you where you are. I believe that healing comes through having a safe person to talk with that allows a person to feel seen, heard, and understood. In my experience, this gives clients the courage and support they need to heal, grow and create the life they want.
My training in EMDR has been an important tool to help clients heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. I also use CBT strategies and IFS to help clients process what they're going through and find a path forward.
