Someone who can't seem to pinpoint how to navigate toward self-improvement and has a willingness to discuss a plan for getting better. A person who has the ability to collaborate and fully participate in treatment. If a person is not sure of their goals, I can support a person in exploring ideal outcomes to determine goals for therapy.
