I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Maryland and Washington D.C. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, that extend from relational patterns in self-aware individuals. Treatment is supported through practical a skills-based approach. My passion for counseling and extensive experience has continuously developed while supporting young adults, families and children. As a counselor, it is my hope to assist individuals acknowledging their experience with mental health, accepting their issue as their own and identifying the life they desire to transition into.

The primary focus "YOUniquely.Made" is to help individuals cultivate healthy self-acceptance and recognize that their experiences with mental health do not define their identity. Treatment is supported through practical a skills-based approach.
