Accepting new clients. I provide Video & Telephonic services throughout California. Are you struggling to cope with life or feeling dysregulated? Experienced trauma, violence or systematic oppression? Feeling miserable or stuck? Struggling to connect to others? I provide an inclusive, welcoming safe & neutral space to discuss challenges that bring individuals to therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to process emotions, reduce the use of unhealthy processes & develop skills to live a happier authentic life while fostering self acceptance & love. I work with LGBTQIA, BIPOC & same sex couples.
I utilize a process based approach which allows for an individualized approach. I believe personal struggles are not a result of a person but rather a variety of life factors & an overall maladaptive process with the goal of developing a healthier process. I lean on practices such as EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Safe & Sound Protocol.
