I’m a non-binary Licensed Professional Counselor and my pronouns are they/she. I work with (mostly Queer) folx recovering from religious trauma & other oppressive systems because I’ve been there myself - and I can tell you that there is a way out. Sliding scale rates available!
My style is warm and relational. I cuss a lot, and I own a lot of cardigans. My approach is justice-oriented, Narrative Therapy with inner child work. You are the expert on your life, your values and your needs. I can help you reconnect with your Self and find ways to live authentically. My passion is digging deep, finding the roots and helping you thrive.
There is another side to this pain - I want to help you walk the bridge to alignment with your -own- values and desires.
