Have you reached a difficult crossroad in your life? Do you or a loved one need assistance in finding the right path for your future? Much of our emotional suffering is rooted in the struggle to reconcile experience with our desire for a fulfilling and meaningful life. At times we find that the ways we previously made sense of life no longer fit. Change is never easy and I consider it an honor to work together and strike a new path. Helping people to develop tools to cope with life's difficulties is my ultimate goal. I hold my clients' trust as sacred and partner with them to strengthen and deepen the relationships around them.
I am trained in grief, anxiety, depression and developmental issues. I have worked with children and families over 30 years, and these along with my life experiences and Christian faith have uniquely equipped me to accompany clients on that journey in an authentic way.
Although I work from a distinctly biblical Christian perspective, I welcome clients of all faiths and belief systems, and respect the right of the individual to choose their best path.
