Hi, I'm Jana Wagner, a relationally-focused therapist based in Bozeman, MT. I work with clients who are interested in gaining greater insight into their thoughts, emotions, and experiences to improve their relationships with themselves and others. My goal is to help clients grow from adversity, unpack shame and guilt, and heal old wounds to support them in moving toward a life that feels healthy and meaningful to them. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be vulnerable, explore their emotions, and address patterns contributing to symptoms or behaviors.
My professional experience ranges from working with students and families in the K-12 setting, young adults in a university counseling setting, and children through adults in private practice. I tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual in order to help them benefit as much as possible in our work together.
