Hi, I'm Jana, a relationally-focused licensed therapist based in Montana. My clients often come to me due to feeling stuck in old patterns they may not understand. Maybe they’re hard on themselves, lose their sense of self in relationships, or carry a deep sense of not being “enough.” They may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, codependency, major life transitions, or are beginning to notice how past experiences or family dynamics still affect them today. They’re ready to understand themselves on a deeper level and create healthier relationships - both with themselves and others.
My style is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I tailor my work to each person’s unique needs, drawing from Pia Mellody's Model (inner child), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. I love to help clients heal old wounds, reconnect with their inherent worth, and feel more grounded and centered within themselves.
