Aligning those abilities with proven strategies to help you reach your goals, is just one of the several methods I use to help my clients.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the main platform that I use but my clients can expect interventions from a mix of therapies such as: Solution-based, Narrative, Mindfulness, and Attachment theory. Counseling from a Christian perspective, that also utilizes these same theories, is available upon request.
My personal goal is to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship with every client. Your trust is important to me and I offer a safe, non-judgmental place for you to discuss your experiences.
