Using a compassionate, integrative approach, I combine EMDR, DBT, and IFS-informed therapy to help survivors of sexual abuse break free from trauma’s grip, regain emotional balance, and move forward with strength and clarity.

Women-Identified Survivors of Sexual Abuse
This weekly therapy group offers a safe, supportive space for women-identified adults who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. Rooted in trauma-informed care, the group focuses on building emotional safety, processing past experiences at your own pace, and reclaiming a sense of self-worth, power, and connection. Through guided discussions, creative expression, and grounding practices, participants will explore topics such as boundary setting, shame resilience, inner child healing, and navigating relationships.
