Life can feel overwhelming, overstimulating, and hopeless sometimes. For many of us, this becomes our "normal" after experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or any other impactful life stressor or transition. During these times, our bodies, minds, and spirits can feel disconnected, leaving us lost and unsure of our true selves. I understand what you're going through. Having personally experienced the very struggles I mentioned and having worked through them, I can extend a hand of hope for healing and restoration.
My primary approach is simple yet powerful when embraced. I focus on empowering women to heal holistically - mind, body, and spirit. With seven years of dedicated experience working with individuals with various disorders, I have come to appreciate the transformative power of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Somatic Therapy with an empathic approach.
My goal is to provide a safe space for where we can walk together, understand your current situation, and offer support during this season of life.
