My goal is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest, breathe a little easier, and begin to embrace healing at your own pace. When therapy feels safe and collaborative, you don’t have to carry everything alone—you have a supportive therapist walking with you as you work toward real, lasting change. Together, we’ll focus on cultivating health in every area of your life: emotional, mental, physical, and relational.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also work with neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autism (ASD), as well as pregnancy and postpartum concerns. I see adults, children, and teens, and I am EMDR-certified, using CBT, DBT, CPT, and solution-focused therapy.
I believe healing is absolutely possible with effort and support. My style is direct, caring, and collaborative. I help you work through past and present hurt, learn how to heal, and practice those skills in your everyday life.
