My counseling services are dedicated to helping clients resolve family, marriage, relationship, trauma, addiction and depression issues. In a non-judgmental atmosphere filled with understanding and respect, I am passionate about helping clients begin the healing process and find their purpose. I feel strongly about empowering people to help them get control of their lives... whether they want to recover from abuse, move forward after the end of a relationship, conquer an addiction or find peace after a loss.
My practice areas include trauma therapy, depression and anxiety treatment, couples counseling, abuse victim therapy, life transitions, addictions, codependency, family conflicts, and divorce recovery. I work with adults from a variety of different backgrounds, religions, and sexual orientations. I also regularly lead trauma recovery groups.
I help clients learn to set boundaries, communicate assertively, and discover their self-confidence. I truly believe that people have the power to make positive changes in their lives. Together we will work to make your life what you want it to be now.
