My passion is walking alongside my fellow humans and helping them rediscover their magic; helping them find their way from surviving to thriving. We do this by resolving traumas, changing unhealthy patterns, releasing false belief systems, learning to practice self-compassion and new self-care skills, and becoming the person you want to be.
My therapeutic approach is integrative of evidence-based practices, as well as unconventional techniques, and is tailored specifically to each client's individual needs and goals.
