My approach believes in the importance of providing a supportive and welcoming therapeutic space where you will be seen, heard, and believed. I also believe that nothing is wrong with you, rather something happened to you. Our time together will offer opportunities to reflect, learn, grow, and heal by processing your feelings and experiences in meaningful ways.
I'm a certified perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C) and infuse that knowledge with my other evidence-based therapeutic training and approaches including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method Level 1 & 2 of Couples Counseling, Circle of Security, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and more.
Everyone brings a unique perspective and your voice matters. My passion is to provide you with knowledge, support, and tools to make positive changes within yourself and your relationships.
