About
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, self esteem, chronic illness or life transitions in young adults. Do you feel stressed, insecure, or ashamed, constantly battling with intrusive thoughts or impulses that you may not even entirely believe, but still can't seem to let go of? Are you feeling stuck in the trap of perfectionism, alone with high levels of emotional or physical pain, confused about sense of self or life direction, or wondering why your relationships aren't as fulfilling as you'd like? If so, we might be a good match to explore potential therapy together.
As your therapist, I will treat you with respect and compassion, providing active feedback and direction to support you in building a meaningful life. Together we will work to increase self esteem, clarify values and needs, build tolerance for uncertainty and emotion, and decrease the hold that anxiety, pain or labels have on what feels possible in life.
Imagine consistently feeling a deep sense of belonging within yourself and your chosen relationships. Imagine having confidence to live out your values and life goals without fearing uncertainty and change or the rise and fall of emotion. Imagine feeling alive and well in your body and choosing you each day. Reach out to schedule with me today!
