If you feel fearful of who to share your struggles with - you are not alone in that fear. This is common, and unfortunately a barrier for many to take the first step and receive healing. I want to create a safe space for you, to share your story. I will help you identify the source of your pain, if that is not clear, and walk through the healing journey with you. There is always hope, and many directions to take to get healing and freedom. I've received much healing, through counseling and want to see others receive the same.
I initially served as a lay counselor in church, before pursuing my Masters and licensing. My formal training includes MA in Professional Counseling, EMDRIA approved EMDR training, Gottman Couples Counseling Levels 1 & 2; and I am a Certified Life Languages trainer and a Genesis Relapse Prevention Counselor.
I have a heart to help people discover their true self and begin to take steps to embrace who they were created to be and walk that out. I love to help people discover how to navigate and overcome barriers and to realize freedom and grace, and live life abundantly.
