I am passionate about working with children, teens, adults, and retirees facing anxiety, school stress, challenges in focusing, sleep issues, spirituality struggles or grief. I also support youth with suicidal thoughts, early-stage substance use, gaming addiction, chronic pain and ADHD. The basis of my practice is mindfulness and mutual understanding. I offer the opportunity to work on steadier emotions, better concentration, safer choices, and a kinder internal awareness that supports learning, rest, and growth.
I provide developmentally tailored counseling with emotion-regulation skills, tools of MBCT and DBT, sleep/routine support, parent collaboration if desired, and brief breath/body practices for children and adults. I also access Somatic work with clients in order to achieve a more centered and grounded state.
