I therefore combine in-depth exploration, utilizing psychodynamic/psychoanalytic curiosity, with directive skills use like skills elements from DBT. I attempt to offer kind and also honest and authentic feedback, as well as the genuine support and companionship I consider to be necessary for acceptance, healing and change on your terms and at your pace.
I earned my Masters Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, subsequently training at the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, CA with focus on adults and adolescents. I received multiple advanced trainings in DBT (including BehavioralTech), and EMDR, and am currently a senior doctoral candidate for Psychoanalysis at LAISPS.
