As a certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, I help couples get out of those frustrating stuck patterns. We dig into your feelings and attachment styles underneath the negative cycle. Attachment styles are the ways in which you seek both connection and safety but they can sometimes trigger your partner without you even realizing it.
