Osgood Mental Health Counseling is created with the belief that change is possible and the treatment journey in mental health is personalized and not done alone. My therapeutic specialty areas are with children and adults struggling with grief, anxiety, life transitions, illness, ADHD, parenting, relationships, executive functioning, interpersonal skills, stress management, and more. Additionally, I have a passion for working with couples to regain their emotional connection and strengthen their relationship. I see both men and women and serve clients ages 13-100.

My goal is to help clients process and conquer the obstacles that get in the way of their lives being authentic. Together we process emotions, confront hurt, and create real change towards living a balanced life. I create a treatment plan that is personalized for each client; there isn't a one-size-fits-all answer; everyone's path looks different.

I often create a modality strategy after our intake session. During that first intake session, we will explore some history as well as what your goals are for therapy. Together we will make a plan that will help you in progressing in the direction of those goals.
