I have provided individual, couple and family therapy to the community for 25 years and strongly believe that healing and growth is possible. Particular specialties include couple and family therapy including LGBT, anxiety, addiction, grief, and trauma. I utilize both traditional therapy and EMDR (for trauma). We all have past hurts and traumas. Until healed these impact our current relationships and EMDR is a quicker treatment with lasting results.
I specialize in couple therapy, Lesbian & Gay families, addiction and recovery, and recovery from trauma, illness and loss and family therapy.
