I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field. I am trained as a generalist and work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, relational concerns, and substance use issues. I specialize in eating disorders. I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and integrate Health at Every Size (HAES) and body neutrality into my clinical work. I completed my Ph.D. at West Virginia University, though I initially began serving clients in the mental health field with my Master of Psychology.
