About
Do you want to enjoy your life more? Many days it feels like you're just going through the motions. Keeping up with the daily expectations consumes all your energy. Self-demeaning beliefs creep in. “I'm broken”, “I'm not enough” “I don’t matter”. Your longing to be known & accepted is unseen by others. Relationships suffer. You may think "It is hopeless". Don't listen to that thought. It is a lie. Please contact me. I want to help you find joy in your life. For all those who feel stuck in an endless battle with symptoms of acute or chronic trauma experiences please know I am here to help you learn to thrive.
I am experienced and have specifically trained to work with PTSD and chronic traumas, anxiety, depression, and sexual abuse. I am knowledgeable in the US Military and First Responders cultures. I also enjoy a Christian approach to therapy for those who request it. Extensive experience in healthcare leadership roles inform my dedication to high quality care.
You are the reason I am here. My style of counseling provides a welcoming and calm environment. Whether we work together 1:1 or with your partner, face to face or virtually, my approach is based on your needs and your goals. Please contact me to talk about how I can help. I am ready to journey with you towards life satisfaction.
