As a Gottman-trained couples therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and couples repair trust, strengthen communication, and reconnect during some of the most challenging times in their relationships. Many of my clients feel stuck in repeating conflicts, emotionally distant, or unsure how to move forward after hurt or betrayal. Together, we work to build understanding, restore connection, and create healthier, more secure relationships, even in the midst of high conflict or ongoing parenting stress.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy & Treating Affairs and Trauma. I specialize in helping couples heal from infidelity, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. I also support children and adolescents through trauma, emotional challenges, and family transitions with age-appropriate, evidence-based care.
