My practice is unique as I do both clinical counseling and career/executive coaching.
Clinical counseling deals with emotional concerns.
Career coaching addresses finding the right career path, making decisions regarding entrepreneurial ventures or retirement options. In many instances career coaching and emotional concerns appear concurrently.
Executive Coaching covers leadership & management skills.
I have extensive experience in career counseling and executive coaching. For the past 15 years I have worked in person and virtually with thousands of clients globally.
I also assist adolescents in college coaching. We work together to match their interests with colleges. I then provide guidance throughout the entire college application process.
I specialize in career counseling & college coaching. Clients range from coaching adolescents through the college application process to assisting executives in leadership development. For college coaching I utilize a professional college report which gives suggested majors, colleges and extracurricular activities. I use professional assessments for Career Coaching/Leadership Development including the 360 report for organizations.
A unique factor which differentiates me from other therapists is that I have over 20 years of business experience. I train clients on the appropriate use of social media sites in the job search. Special emphasis is given to coaching clients on the importance of using LinkedIn during the search.
