I work with couples, families, and individuals to find their strength, helping to guide them towards healing and a better tomorrow. My work with couples and families is designed to strengthen their relationships. I also work with individuals experiencing the pain of depression, dealing with anxiety, those struggling with the weight of grief, having trouble getting past anger and much more. My passion is to help others grow relationships and become stronger individuals.
As a couples therapist, I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and in Gottman Techniques. I teach couples about Love Languages and help divorced couples with co-parenting strategies. I am also trained in Discernment Counseling for couples considering separation or divorce. I also help individuals with depression, anxiety and a myriad of other issues.
I practice from a Christian perspective but respect each client's spiritual beliefs. I work with all relationships from a non-judgmental perspective, including traditional family structures and those from non-traditional backgrounds. My belief is that everyone is created to be in relationships to love and to be loved.
