If anxiety, or fear of change are holding you back, I offer perspectives that can help you move forward. If you have suffered loss (loved ones, pets, job) I can support you through the grieving process. During these stressful and chaotic times, many are feeling afraid or hopeless - it helps to talk with someone. We work on solutions that offer relief and a way forward to your authentic self. There is no judgement-only conversation, insight, honesty, and change.

I offer a positive approach through strategies grounded in practical goals. Anxiety, loneliness, grief, relationships, and trauma can be healed. Through problem-solving, empathic understanding, and rigorous honesty, we may face fears, achieve clarity of vision, and discover a more enriching, hope-filled life.

My therapeutic approach works to draw out beliefs that empower clients to stand in their truth, and grow into new ways of being. My approach is person-centered, and solution-focused. I also provide Addiction Severity Index evaluations for individuals and courts.

The Telehealth Grief Support Group meets online weekly and provides a combination of learning and processing grief and the individual's grief experience. The group is led by a licensed professional who presents a topic each week that encourages discussion and participation by each group member. Active processing is encouraged.
