If you are having difficulties coping with stress related to unresolved anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse or other process addictions (eating disorders, compulsive sexuality, repetitive patterns of dysfunction in relationships, gambling, workaholism) you may wish to work with a specialist at IPI who is Certified to treat these conditions. The clinical director will speak to you personally about the goals you have for therapy and match you to the clinician who best meets your needs.
Dr. Beauregard is a CSAC (Certified Substance Abuse Counselor), a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, Certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Certified as an Imago Relationship Therapist, an EMDR Certified Consultant and Brain Spotting practitioner. Additionally Dr. Beauregard is a Certified LifeForce Yoga Practitioner.
Dr. Beauregard conducts workshops and provides monthly consultation to therapists both in person and online. Her systems approach incorporates guided imagery, ego state therapy (IFS), mindfulness, yoga, art and body based sensorimotor interventions. In 2009, Dr. Beauregard was chosen as a Top Therapist in Addiction and PTSD by the Washingtonian Magazine.

Trauma Consultation Group For Clinicians
Monthly case consultation group for those wishing to discuss complex cases involving trauma and dissociation. EMDR training through EMDRIA is required to be a member of this group. This group is limited to 7 participants and meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from noon- 1:25 PM

Trauma Consultation Group for Therapists
This consultation group is for clinicians who wish to expand their skill set to address cases involving complex trauma. All participants must have EMDR basic training through EMDRIA to be considered for this group. Interventions that incorporate EMDR, IFS, Sensorimotor/Somatic techniques, guided imagery, trauma sensitive yoga will be presented didactically and clinical cases will be presented in this group.
