Well, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, wanting and waiting to help you. Everyone feels sad, lost, confused, hurt, or angry at times. Sometimes, those feelings can come from not feeling accepted or trauma from the past. Let's work together to help heal what those issues. I am able to help through the use of Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral therapy and a holistic approach that treats each person as a whole individualized person. We talk about not only what has happened in the past to establish patterns, but we will focus on the present and future through setting healthy boundaries and goals for each person.
I believe that everyone has their own strengths that helps them to thrive. With the use of therapy and healthy, realistic goal setting, we can figure out how to best help you to be the best you can be.
