NY & DC Residents Only - My priority is to create a space where you are understood. Many of my clients come to me burnt out from therapy experiences where they couldn’t show up as their full selves, but as your therapist, I want to provide an affirming space so we can redirect all the energy you’ve spent explaining who you are toward progression and healing. I commit to working as hard as you do, walking with you as we build strategies and road maps that lead you to the next favorite version of yourself.
I come into this work as a queer, FilAm, first generation nonbinary descendant of healers and caregivers. These identities have shaped my approach to therapy, collective care, program development, and being in community. I look forward to exploring how I can support you.
Therapy is a science, an art, and most importantly, it’s hard work that requires both therapist and client to put in effort together. This is why the Sixth Street Wellness value “Resolute” is important to me: I believe therapy is a collaboration that must be honest, evidence-based, and evolving between a client and therapist.
