I specialize in attachment repair, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I integrate AARM, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, collaborative therapy, and IFS‑informed parts work. With couples, I use EFT and the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and build emotional safety.
