Weekly Healing Circle
We begin with an IFS/Somatic based guided meditation where we check in with what is present with our parts, body, mind and heart space; in each group. Afterward there will be space to share and connect. This group is focused on practicing self exploration in group settings. How do we connect with ourselves while being in relationship with others. Having the compassionate, caring witnessing of the group members while you stay present to your own experience may be of benefit in shifting any places within that feel stuck, or unseen.
