With over 10 years of experience, I been able to support many individuals on achieving their fullest potential.
With life, we are promised death. Grief and loss is a common theme that is unavoidable. Often times, after a death we become "numb" and "stuck" I offer a 6-week support group to for individuals (youth and adults) to learn skills and ways to manage their new reality after losing a loved one.

Life after Loss: Children's Grief Group
Have you experienced the recent death of a parent/guardian/grandparent, and you are struggling? This grief group is designed for you. It is a 6-week group to help children learn how to navigate life after a tremendous loss. The goal is for each child to learn skills to increase their communication, how to express their feelings in a healthy manner, increase their interactions with others, and develop an understanding of the grief cycle.
