At the heart of my work is a simple belief: life is both beautiful and challenging—and we’re meant to engage fully with both. My mission and the mission of my company, Summit & Flow Counseling and Mental Performance Center LLC, is to help people build resilience, reconnect with their values, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and alive. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I guide people toward clarity and purpose. My ideal client is you—the student-athlete carrying the weight of performance, the young adult navigating big life transitions, or the man silently battling pressure and self-doubt.
