I’ve always felt a deep calling to help and support others. That feeling is what led me to become a therapist. I help clients begin to heal, find connection or clarity, and take a step closer to their desired life. I often think of Fred Rogers’ words: “In times of crisis, look for the helpers.” That’s where I feel I belong. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive space where people can navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their mental health, and thrive. I use a compassionate, trauma-informed, person-centered approach that strives to see the humanity in every client.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Pasadena, CA. I am trauma-informed and utilize Emotional Focused Therapy. I will soon be trained in EMDR Therapy as well to assist clients in processing and healing from traumatic events. I am a Person-Centered therapist who uses Emotionally Focused, Imago, Narrative Therapies, and EMDR in my work. I start by looking back at attachment patterns and coping strategies we learned as children. EFT delves into the emotions lying beneath the surface, EMDR processes past traumas and beliefs, and Narrative and IMAGO offer tools for better internal and external communication.
