I love working with children, teens, and young adults. I believe that building a genuine, trusting relationship is the foundation of meaningful work, and I take time to get to know each child and family. Together, we focus on strengths, celebrate what’s going well, and build new skills along the way.
In our work, I offer support, encouragement, and tools to help children and families feel more confident and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. I often use games, play and creative activities to make sessions engaging and fun while fostering growth.
I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a rostered provider in parent-child psychotherapy (CPP) for ages 0-5 and caregivers to help with attachment and trauma.
