Most of my clients have wanted to work on improving their overall quality of life, increasing their self-esteem and confidence, being able to regulate their emotions, and feel happy with where they are and where they want to be.
I work from several therapy approaches. Since you and your situation are unique, I want to work with you to find which approach will work best. I enjoy working with clients to create skills and tools that are specific to your needs in a creative way as well as working with clients to develop self care strategies and support building their self compassion!
