Therapy for the deeper journey home. You may have spent years trying to understand yourself, reading the books, learning coping skills, and holding everything together, yet something still feels unsettled. Healing begins when we no longer have to hide parts of ourselves. Together we’ll understand the patterns that shaped you with compassion, then move beyond insight into new emotional experiences that loosen old ways of being. Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about rediscovering a deeper sense of belonging, to yourself, your relationships, and your life.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, shame, grief, relationship struggles, identity questions, and life transitions. I have a special passion for working with LGBTQ+ clients, especially gay men, and with therapists and other helping professionals seeking a place where they can finally lay down what they’ve been carrying alone.
Insight is only the beginning. Lasting change comes through new experiences of safety, authenticity, and connection. My approach blends attachment, psychodynamic, experiential, and mindfulness-based therapy to help old patterns soften, emotional wounds heal, and a more authentic life begin to emerge.
