I help clients heal through Emotionally-Focused Therapy and attachment-based work, whether they’re facing anxiety, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck. I also offer therapeutic TTRPG groups, where we safely explore challenges like social anxiety, self-worth, and trust through collaborative storytelling.
