I work with teens, college students, and young adults to get curious about what’s really going on beneath the surface, untangle patterns that keep you stuck, and find ways to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself again.

I love working with individuals in these life stages because these stages are full of challenges and possibility. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, burn-out, life transitions, and women's issues. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative - focused on what matters to you, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

We’ll talk about the real stuff—without judgment—and use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches to address anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and perfectionism. Together, we’ll blend practical tools with deeper insight so you can move forward with clarity and self-trust.
