Updated 8/13: Waitlist available. I have worked with extensively with clients in various stages of life transition across the lifespan and mental health workers pursuing their own therapy. I am particularly passionate about serving LGB, trans, and gender diverse clients, clients navigating ex-evangelical identity, clients and couples navigating non-traditional relationships, and grad/non-traditional students. In therapy I strive to understand and clarify my clients' goals and help them work toward building insight around their concerns. My hope is that we can end every session feeling we have made progress.
I value creating a close, personal connection with my clients and using our therapeutic relationship to explore and understand other relationships in your life. I work predominantly from an interpersonal perspective, but incorporate ACT, psychodynamic, feminist-multicultural, and other techniques as the needs of my clients require.

Groups
Tabletop Role Playing Game Therapy Group
In addition to individual services, Jamie has been trained in and facilitates Tabletop Role Playing Game Therapy. No group is currently running; if enough potential clients indicate interest in pursuing this type of group therapy Jamie will work with prospective participants to create a group experience that can help clients work toward their goals in the context of a tabletop role playing therapy game. Jamie is happy to answer any questions about this type of therapy, including what presenting concerns may work well with this type of therapy. Groups are 120 minutes and offered through telehealth. No experience necessary.
