Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who's been in human services at all levels of care throughout my career. I have experience working with a wide variety of mental health concerns. I am skilled with short-term life stressors, life transitions, and adjustments. I can help your family find common ground again in working through conflicts, or at least come to see an impasse for what it is. My office is a welcoming and affirming space for people of all genders and sexualities. I am queer identified and enjoy working with the complex trauma and neurodiversity common in our population.
I work with adults of all ages. My approach is centered in the idea that we are equals with different skill sets. My primary goal is to offer the clear and consistent message that you are heard and understood, that you are truly seen and accepted. I believe we are all attempting to become our most free and truest selves.
